Taisto graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2010 and is currently pursuing his executive MBA at Fresno State. Erik grew up in the Sunset District of San Francisco. Taisto Smith (formerly Erik Smith) legally changed his name in 2021.
