MADERA COUNTY, Calif. – December 2, 2021 – Smith Adobe, LLC announces today that the Smith Adobe Ranch has entered into an agreement to place 2,485.53 Acres of the historic family-owned property into a conservation easement encumbering real property for the purposes of habitat conservation and the preservation of wetlands and vernal pools as endangered species habitat.
